Building the facility layout
This guide walks you through building the structure of your facility in LabBelay. The organization of your lab has important implications for both regulatory compliance and the practical operation of the lab. We'll begin at the highest organizational level, the Location. Locations are the physical spaces in which your laboratories live. We'll construct a location, a lab, put a storage fume hood in the lab. We'll also add some tasks to keep track of.
Once we're done with setting up our first lab, you should have a good understanding of the hierarchy that LabBelay uses. You'll be ready to start adding your own chemicals and equipment and really put LabBelay to work for you.
