Task Details
What's on a task detail page and how to work with tasks once they're created.
Click any task in the dashboard to open its detail page. This is where you view full information, update the task, add notes, and mark it complete.

Top Bar
The top bar has quick action buttons for marking a task complete, copying a link to the task to the clipboard, refreshing the tasks's details, or deleting it, as well as a back button to return to the view you accessed the task from.
Header
The header shows the task subject, assignee, due date, priority badge, tags, and the task's recurring frequency (if any) and allows for these to be edited.
Description
The full description of the task, which may include instructions, checklists, or context. The description supports rich text formatting.
Activity / event history
A chronological log of everything that's happened to this task: when it was created, any status changes, reassignments, and comments. All changes include a timestamp and the name of the person who made them.
Comments
You can add comments to tasks to make information visible to other people with the task. Comments support rich text formatting and let you tag (@) other people. You can also attach files to comments (for instance, relevant documents).
Completing a task
Click Mark Complete in the task's top bar. The task status changes to Completed and a completion event is logged in the activity history.
